Smokin’ Senorita is inspired by salsa macha, a Mexican crispy chilli oil, the recipe varies from house to house. We use three types of Mexican chillies, pumpkin seeds, garlic and a touch of salt.
This is the spiciest of my Crispy Chilli Oils, but pairs so well with tacos, avocado, beans, and wraps.
